Research project: “Physiological and production evaluation of different populations of Sicilian varieties of ancient wheat”. The objective of this research project is aimed at the physiological and productive evaluation of different populations of hard and soft Sicilian "old landraces" compared with "modern" varieties in organic and conventional farming.
