Laboratory usage: research
The laboratory is provided with basic instrumentation (freezers, among them, -80°C unit; and ovens) for the correct preparation and storage of experimental samples (livestock feedstuffs, milk, cheese and meat) before their analytical determination. Moreover, in the laboratory are allocated a lactodinamograph system for milk coagulation characteristics and an Instron for tenderness meat analysis.
