Expected Learning Outcomes

Learn abilities and skills on the use of computer systems: word processing, spreadsheets and CAD.

Course Structure

Lectures and laboratory exercises. Weekly reception to be arranged by email ugo.becciani@inaf.it

Basic ICT elements:  encoding systems, representation of information. Hardware: CPU, bus, ports, memory, Internet connections. Software: Operating Systems: Windows. Application software. Writing: Main Word Functions. Tables and drawings,  print. Advanced features. Spreadsheets: The main Excel functions. The references. Formulas, tables, data analysis, formatting and security,  charts and print. Main Autocad functions.
