Associate Professor of Mathematics education and history of mathematics [MAT/04]
- Associate Professor in Mathematics’ Education (MAT/04) (from 02/03/2020)
- Contact person of the Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment for the University Prison Pole of the Catania District (from 08/08/2022).
- As a researcher, she works on the field of Mathematics’ Education and Fundaments of geometry, inside the Team of Research and didactic experimentation of DMI (from 2008)
- She is responsible for the "Vietato non toccare" (“Do not touch”) project, funded by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research with the Italian Teacher Prize. (From 2017)
- Tutor for “Polo della Didattica-Accademia dei Lincei”, Mathematics sect., Catania (from 2014)
- She is an AIRDM member. She is a UMI member
- She taught mathematics in high-school for Food&Wine, for inmates students. (From 2015/2016 to 2019/2020)
