The Pomological laboratory (room n. 13), is located on the first floor of the section of Arboriculture and Agricultural Genetics of the building of Via Valdisavoia 5, it is composed of an open-space dedicated to morphological, chemical and organoleptic analyses for the evaluation of fruit quality.
The main instruments present are: acidity titrator, refractometers, centrifugal gauges, scales, colorimeters, 4 ° C refrigerators, NIR analyzer, pressure chamber.
